Responsibilities of Phetchabun Rajabhat University

Article 8 of the Rajabhat University Act B.E. 2547 stipulates the obligations of operations to achieve the objectives. Furthermore, Article 7 specifies the university’s responsibilities as follows:

  1. Seek truth in order to achieve academic success through local wisdom, Thai wisdom, and world wisdom.
  2. Produce graduates with knowledge, morality, Thainess awareness, love, and devotion to the community, and fostering lifelong learning in the community to enable locals be aware of changes. Such graduates must be produced in accordance with the country’s graduate production plan in terms of both number and quality.
  3. Foster knowledge and understanding of values, awareness, and pride in local and national cultures.
  4. Learn and strengthen community leaders, religious leaders, and local politicians to have democratic consciousness, morality, ethics, and the ability to administer community and local development for the benefit of the public.
  5. Strengthen the teaching profession; produce and develop teachers and educational professionals with high-level quality and standards.
  6. Encourage collaboration and mutual assistance among universities, communities, local government institutions, and other domestic and foreign organizations for local development.
  7. Investigate and seek ways to develop local and modern technologies suitable for the livelihood and occupation of local people, including methods to support the balanced and sustainable management, maintenance, and efficient use of natural resources and the environment.
  8. Study, research, promote, and carry-on projects in accordance with the royal initiatives in carrying out the university’s missions for local development.
